ALL PERSONNEL 16 YEARS OR OLDER MUST HAVE A VERIFIED BACKGROUND CHECK (ANNUALLY) AND BE ON THE APPROVED VOLUNTEER LIST TO BE IN CONTACT WITH PLAYERS. THIS INCLUDES ENTERING THE DUGOUTS,  PLAYING FIELDS, AND BATTING CAGES WHILE PLAYERS ARE PRESENT.

• Log in or create an account at bennettscreek.org 

• Select “Volunteer” from the list on the left side of the page

• Select “Find Volunteer Roles”

• Select the role you would like to volunteer for

• Press “Continue” at the bottom of of the page

• Continue to fill out the application and upload your government issued ID.

• Once your application is submitted, a board member will review your application and send it to Bennett Creek Little League’s  third party company that processes background checks.

• You will then receive an email from Bennett’s Creek Little League. You will need to access this email to complete your background check questionnaire.

• Once your background check is complete, your name will be listed on the Approved Volunteer List. 

  1. Notify your player’s coach that you have completed your background check questionnaire. They will notify you once you are approved to work with the players.

  2. Please note, due to the high volume of applications, you will only be notified if your volunteer application is denied.
